Refund policy

Orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We want you to love what you ordered, no bitter feelings if you need to send it back. 

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery when item is in original, unworn condition.

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@drinkmalamadre.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
